Cancellation & Refunds

First 2 You First Aid will not review or approve your requests outside of business hours. Importantly, when a participant accepts a position in any course offered by First 2 You First Aid, it is a binding agreement between the client and First 2 You First Aid.

In the event of a cancellation the following fees will apply:

  • Students who provide 48 hours’ notice will be entitled to a full refund
  • Students who provide less than 24 hours’ notice will be required to pay a $30 booking fee to cover the cost of staff, assessment materials and equipment.
  • If a student arrives more than 15 minutes late, they will be unable to partake in the remainder of the course, unless alternative arrangements have been made. Students will incur a $30 late fee to cover administrative costs.
  • If a student would like to transfer to a different training course there will be no charge involved.

In the event that First 2 You First Aid has to cancel or postpone a course, the following will apply:

  • Students will receive 24 hour notice and the option to receive a full refund or new booking date.
  • If an emergency or unforeseen circumstance arises, participants may receive less than 24 hours’ notice depending on the situation. Participants will be entitled to a full refund or the option of selecting a new booking date.
